The Training is a very important part of The Lotus Stress Relief Program.

Your training takes place at Lotus Stress Relief Headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.

Training lasts one week – from Monday through Friday.

During your week you will learn biofeedback and gain LOTUS LIFE Biofeedback Certification and certification as a LOTUS Stress Relief Specialist.

You will learn the protocols and procedures for Lotus Stress Relief.

You will learn how to start up and run your Lotus Stress Relief Center.

You will learn how to market and promote your Lotus Stress Relief Center.

You will have the opportunity to “intern” which means to observe an experienced Lotus therapist doing therapy. You will also have the opportunity to give therapy to others so that you will feel relaxed and confident when you return home to start your own center.

Sarasota is a beautiful resort town on the Gulf Coast of Florida, about an hour south of Tampa International Airport. Our beaches are world-famous. We have great restaurants and hotels. And our weather is beautiful year-round. So come and spend a weekend, either before or after training, to take advantage of this ideal training location.

Your instructors at the Lotus Stress Relief Training Center are LIFE System NTB and IMUNE Certified (International Medical University for Natural Education). That means that they are certified by the International Medical University for Natural Education in England which gives them the ability to give you Biofeedback Certification.

You will learn the important business aspects to protect yourself legally. This will include Informed Consent Forms, malpractice rates are low, as well as business insurance considerations, professional image, building a special niche for your practice, as well as the proper use of disclaimers.

If you wish to do continuing education for additional biofeedback instruction, we are affiliated with the IQBNM, the Institute of Quantum Biofeedback Naturopathic Medicine, as well as the National Therapies Certification Board. Both of these organizations offer On-line Education for advanced levels of biofeedback certification which is a way to add additional prestige to your new profession.
